A Great Nieghbor that Ive know for 47 years.. and always friendly to all us neighborhood kids.. I remember going wayer skiing and swimming in his swimming pool... i learned many things from Joe and admired his hardwork & wisdom. I have so many memories of Joe and family and his kindness.
