Born November 25th, 1925 in San Francisco, CA. to Ross and Ivy Dobson. She passed away on September 28th, 2020 in Bakersfield, CA. Betty attended high school in Washington D.C. She lived most of her life in Bakersfield. She was an avid gardened, homemaker, animal lover and snappy dresser.
