Wanda was a loving Mother , Wife , and Sister . She was a Believer Christ and had God in her heart . She lived her life with adventure and excitement . She was born and raised in Bakersfield , California and left home in her early years . She was married twice in her life and she had two sons with William Rivera . William " Billie " Rivera was in the Military and her other son Jason Rivera was in the Technology Industry. She moved up to the Bay Area and spent most of her Adult life living in Livermore and Pleasanton California .

After her Divorce she met Vernon Wheeler and they got Married in Northern California . They were married for many years were very much in Love . He was her soul mate and Rock . she truly Loved Vern and they traveled and had a wonderful life together . They eventually ended up settling in Atascadero , California in a Beautiful home overlooking Central , California Mountains . These years were some of Wanda's best times of her life , Volunteering in the church and cherishing her home .

There were many Holidays and Vacations she loved to spend time with her two loving Sisters , Lupe Ramirez and Delores Johnson who was her best friend loved her with all her heart .

The last years of Wanda's life had some very difficult times and Losses . She lost her Husband , two Sons , and her Sister Delores in a twelve Month span . She had a very tough time but was an active member of St Phillips church in Bakersfield , California

The last Four years Wanda resided in Sierra Madre , California . She was at the Kensington living facility where she was filled with love from her family and Staff.

She is now at Peace and Heaven , she is survived by her Nephew Jerry DeLaurie nieces Debbie Ramirez , and Denise Hicks
