I often tell people Bob McLaughlin was best salesman by far I've ever had honor and privilege to know & work with considering I don't normally care for most salesmen as a rule. Lol Bob was genuine straight up man with 100% constant integrity. I will never forget Bob who I treasured talking to for Bob's advice with complete trust to receive honest, sincere, good advice. I considered myself as Bob's friend. Bob had a great sense of humor which we all need humor in our lives. I will continue to hear Bob's deep voice saying Zajacion I got one for you to which at first I'd be Oh Bob what now but grew to understand Bob's Love as an innovator "out of the box" especially niche market usage (needs) that worked for farmers.
To Bob's family: Thank you for sharing Bob with us all. We who knew BobMcLaughlin are Better People & Truly Blessed.
Always Keep & Cherish your Good Memories close to your heart. Smile often with JOY : ) Heaven Waits : )
We Love you Bobby. RIP my Friend. Fellow "Firehouse Board Member" Donald Zajac djzyou@outlook.com

To Bob’s family my prayers and condolences go out to you. I am so sorry for your loss.
I relocated my family to the central valley 25 years ago when I accepted a job in the agriculture industry. It wasn’t long before I met Bob McLaughlin. Bob was a gentleman and a scholar and expressed all the values that made the valley the place we wanted to live. It was clear that Bob valued his family and grand kids more than anything else and loved to talk about their activities and vacations together. Bob became a great friend over the years, and following his retirement, I got to experience the “less professional” Bob. That was the Bob I liked most. He was inspirational and bold. We solved everyone’s problems (except our own) during our “Board Meetings” at Lengthwise and Firehouse. Rest in peace my friend.
