Lisa Joanne Burkett, 55, passed away September 23,2020
at Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield. Lisa was born July 9, 1965 in
Redlands, CA to Harold A (Bud) and Bettie L Burkett. Lisa enjoyed life and always had
a positive attitude. She enjoyed taking care of others. Her greatest love was spending time
with Alexis and Andrew.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Bud and Bettie. She is survived by her brother,
Timothy Burkett, her sisters, Debra Jobe (Walter) and Patrice Bird (David). Her beloved
niece Alexis Bird and beloved nephew Andrew Bird. And numerous Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
A Celebration of Lisa’s life will be held at
Greenlawn Funeral Home Northeast
3700 River Blvd, Bakersfield CA, Tuesday, October 6, 2020
Visitation at 9am followed by Graveside services at 11am
