He will be remembered as an outgoing, spontaneous, and always happy to be around loved ones. He was passionate about horse shows and photography. Capturing moments and making them into portraits was a hobby he enjoyed. He was a loving family man staying in touch and visiting his children from time to time. He had an unbelievable unbreakable bond with his twin brother Larry Sparks and he will always be remembered and loved by his wife Celia Sparks and his 3 children Janette Sparks, Louise Sparks, and James Sparks. He's also remembered by his 9 grand children and 12 great grandchildren. He’ll never be forgotten, just missed and forever in our hearts.
