A Celebration of Life will be held for Carol Fife on Friday, February 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at the Westside Believers Fellowship Church located at 101 Hwy 33, Taft, CA. Carol was born in Ventura, CA on August 17, 1939 to Joseph and Elba Robinson and passed away in Bakersfield on February 2, 2021. Carol worked as a teacher’s aide in the Taft City School District for many years. She found fulfillment in the simplicity of life through gardening, bunco and just spending quality time with family. She loved attending her kids and grandkids sporting events. Carol was known as a kind, loving and compassionate person. She made everyone she met comfortable and welcomed. Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Jimmy Robinson and by her sister, Sharon Robinson; her husbands, Chester Lewis Goff, Sr. and Daryl Dean Fife; her son, Chester Lewis Goff, Jr. Carol is survived by her daughters, Gwen Scott of Bakersfield, Gail Knauss and her husband, Marty of Laughlin, NV and Pam Hudgens of Taft. Carol is also survived by ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. She was loved by all who knew her and will be deeply missed.
